Cancellation & Refund Policy

BISWARI AI AND ANALYTICS LLP believes in helping customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. The guidelines below describe how cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made through TheProfit.AI.

Cancellation window

Cancellation requests are accepted only when submitted on the same day the order is placed. Requests may be declined if the order has already been communicated to vendors or shipping has begun.

Non-cancellable products

We do not accept cancellations for perishable categories such as flowers or edible items. These orders are processed immediately to maintain quality.

Damaged or defective shipments

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact our customer service team on the same day of receipt. The merchant will inspect the issue and process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Mismatch or “not as shown” products

If the delivered product does not match the information shown on the site, notify customer service within the same day. After reviewing the concern, we will make a suitable decision (replacement, repair, or refund).

Manufacturer warranties

For products that include a manufacturer warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly to resolve defects covered under their warranty terms.

How to request support

    Contact us at admin@theprofit.ai with your order ID, registered email address, and issue description.

    Our team coordinates with the merchant/vendor to validate the concern. Additional photos or proof of damage may be requested.

    Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method and typically reflect within 3–5 working days, depending on your provider.

Additional guidelines

  • We may ask for supporting information to help improve our services; sharing it is optional.
  • If an issue has already been resolved by support, subsequent refund requests may be declined.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for refunds.
