Privacy policy for TheProfit.AI
This privacy policy describes how TheProfitAI (“Service Provider”) collects, uses, and shares information inside the TheProfit.AI mobile and web applications (“Application”). The Application is offered as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information we collect and how it is used
The Application automatically collects information when you download and use it. For a better experience, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information. The information we collect is retained and used as described in this policy to operate the Application, deliver support, and communicate important notices or marketing updates.
Automatically collected data
- Your device’s IP address
- Pages visited inside the Application and time spent on each page
- Total time spent in the Application
- The operating system running on your device
- Non-precise information about the device, such as hardware model and version
The Application does not gather precise location data from your device.
Information you provide
When you engage with in-app forms or support, we may store your name, email address, phone number, or other identifiers so we can respond to you, process requests, and provide product updates. If you contact us for support, that correspondence may be retained to resolve future issues.
Third-party access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
Data retention
User Provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of User Provided Data, email admin@theprofit.ai; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Application does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that such information was provided, we delete it immediately. Parents or guardians can contact us at admin@theprofit.ai to request removal.
Security
We take the confidentiality of your information seriously and implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect it. No system is completely secure, but we continually review our safeguards to reduce risk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
